1. Heat oil in a large skillet on medium high. Add snapper and halibut, cook for a few minutes.
2. Add garlic, sea salt, pepper, salmon and shrimp. Cook for another few minutes.
3. Add half of the parsley (1/4 cup), lemon juice and white wine. Cook until liquid has reduced by half and then add tomato and remaining parsley.
4. In abundant boiling salted water, cook the pasta. A few minutes before noodles are completely cooked (VERY al dente) strain noodles gently (retaining some of their cooking water) and transfer them into the skillet. Simmer over medium heat for a few moments, stirring.
5. Divide into 4 bowls and serve.
